Digital Rizz ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at digitalrizz.ai and provides B2B outbound acquisition services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Who we are
Digital Rizz is operated by Alexandre Rizzo, trading as Digital Rizz. Contact: alex@digitalrizz.ai. For GDPR-related requests, the same address is the data controller contact.
2. What we collect
About prospects (B2B outbound): business email address, name, job title, employer name, public LinkedIn URL, company size and industry. This information is sourced from legitimate B2B data providers (Apollo, ZoomInfo, and similar) and from publicly available business records.
About clients: name, business email, company name, and any configuration data you submit through the dashboard. Billing is handled by Stripe; we never see full card numbers.
About website visitors: basic usage analytics (page views, referrer, approximate geo, device class) via Vercel Analytics. No cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies.
3. Why we collect it (legal basis)
- Legitimate interest — reaching out to business professionals whose role makes our service relevant to them, per GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and ePrivacy Directive B2B exemptions.
- Contract — delivering the service you purchased.
- Consent — for any non-B2B communication or optional analytics you explicitly opt into.
4. How we use it
- Sending personalized business outreach to named individuals.
- Processing and classifying replies to route them correctly.
- Operating and improving the product (aggregated, non-identifying).
- Meeting our legal obligations (tax, anti-fraud).
We do notsell personal information. We do not use it to train public AI models. AI drafting happens inside our own infrastructure via Anthropic's API under a zero-data-retention agreement.
5. Sub-processors
We use the following vetted sub-processors to deliver the service:
- Vercel (hosting, analytics)
- Neon (Postgres database)
- Anthropic (AI drafting — zero-retention)
- Instantly.ai / Smartlead (email sending infrastructure)
- Apollo / ZoomInfo (B2B data enrichment)
- Stripe (billing)
- Cal.com (meeting scheduling)
6. Retention
Prospect records are kept for up to 12 months from last interaction, then anonymized. Client account data is kept for the lifetime of the contract plus 7 years for tax compliance. Unsubscribe / suppression lists are kept indefinitely to honor your opt-out — we never re-engage a suppressed address.
7. Your rights
If you are in the EU/UK, you have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, object to processing, restrict processing, and port it. If you are in California, you have analogous CCPA rights. To exercise any of these, email alex@digitalrizz.ai and we'll respond within 30 days.

8. Security
Data at rest is encrypted by our database provider. Secrets are scoped per-environment. Access to production systems is gated behind HMAC-signed sessions. We'll notify affected users within 72 hours of any confirmed breach.

We'll post material changes at the top of this page and email active clients. The current version is always the one you see here.
